Can leaves be loose? Who or what holds/captures them?
Can leaves lose? Who or what would dominate?
Can leaves be lost? Who or what would lose them? How would they be found?
Can leaves leave? Where would they go? What/who causes their relocation or disappearance?
Loose Leaf Exercise #3
Ponder: Leaf Appreciation and Relation
Go for a walk and collect 5 leaves that stick out to you.
List 5 things that you notice or appreciate about each leaf.
Do these leaves remind you of anything that is not a leaf from a tree? What?
Keep your leaf friends in a place of safekeeping or put each leaf in a different environment. Each day for one week check in on the leaves and write what has changed. What do you notice? Do you relate to the leaves and how they are changing in any way?

How to: Move Loose Leaves (how to be a Leaf Blower)
Find a comfortable spot ideally in the sun, make sure there are many leaves present.
Lie down on your side with your cheek resting on the earth.
Look around at the leaves that surround you. Find a leaf that grabs your attention. Take a deep breath in, purse your lips and strongly exhale, creating a gust of wind.
Notice if the leaf withers, moves, or is unaffected.
Continue creating gusts of wind until you feel content or exasperated.

How to: Move Loose Leaves (how to be a Leaf Blower)
Continue to practice leaf blowing overtime.
When you feel confident, advertise leaf blowing services around your neighborhood.
Loose Leaf Exercise #5
How to: Turn Over a New Leaf (for Dad)
Find a leaf that interests you.
Pick it up, gently and slowly, and hold it.
Now return the leaf to the ground.
Pick up a different leaf and hold it.
Now flip the leaf over so that the side that used to be facing down is now facing up.

How to: Leaf/Leave (for Mom)
Acknowledge that you are done converting your energy for someone else.
Create a barrier between yourself and the other things you are attached to for various reasons.
Allow the barrier to grow overtime until it feels like the right time to fully depart and find a new surface to land on.
